According to the legal framework for Europol we have put in place Europol may accept only datasets containing information on suspects, potential future criminals, contacts, associates, victims etc. but not on any of us, on any random citizen. It needs to be ensured by asking the Member States submitting data to confirm that any dataset complies to this framework.
